Are you based in Croydon?
Croydon is our home patch and our departure hub. We collect right across the borough — East and West Croydon, Addiscombe, Thornton Heath, South Norwood, Purley, Coulsdon, Sanderstead, Selsdon and beyond — and out across south London.
How far do you move people?
As near or as far as you need. We think of it as a reach ladder: around Croydon, across Greater London, UK-wide, and internationally across Europe. Being one of the best-connected towns in south London, we’re well placed for all of it.
Which countries do you cover?
We run regular international routes from Croydon to Italy, Poland, the Netherlands and Cyprus — destinations that reflect our borough’s communities — and we move across the rest of Europe too. Tell us where you’re headed and we’ll scope it.
Do you move both ways — out of the UK and back?
Yes. Plenty of our international moves run in both directions, especially the Poland and Cyprus routes. Coming home after years abroad is handled with the same care as heading out.
What about moving across London — isn’t the traffic a nightmare?
It can be, which is exactly why we plan the run. We factor in ULEZ and congestion zones, parking and lift bookings, and time the move to keep it smooth. Being Croydon-based with strong links across the capital helps a lot.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
Both depend on the specifics — where it’s going, how much there is, the access at both ends, and (for international moves) customs. Rather than quote a number that might not hold, we scope your move and send a clear written quote with a realistic transit window.
Do you handle customs for European moves?
Yes. Moves from the UK into Europe now involve customs formalities for household goods. We prepare the documentation ahead of departure and tell you what you need in good time, so paperwork never holds your belongings at the border.
Can you pack for us?
We can do the lot, just the fragile and awkward bits, or supply materials if you’d rather pack yourself. For anything going abroad we’d strongly recommend proper export-grade packing.
Can you store our things between places?
Yes. Move dates rarely line up perfectly, especially on a chain or an international move. We offer secure storage, short or long term, so a delay doesn’t force you to rush.
